Refund and Returns Policy

At Arohi Motor Driving Training School, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our driving courses and products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below:

Driving Courses:

1. Refunds:
   • All refund requests for driving courses must be made within 7 days of the course start date.
   • Refunds will be issued based on the remaining sessions, minus any administrative fees.
   • No refunds will be issued for sessions already completed.
2. Cancellations:
   • Cancellation requests for driving courses must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
   • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.

Products:

1. Returns:
   • We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date.
   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
2. Refunds:
   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
   • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

• Provide your order number and reason for the refund or return request.
• For returns, please wait for further instructions on the return process before shipping the item back to us.

• Refunds and returns are subject to review and approval by Arohi Motor Driving Training School.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns for items that are not in compliance with our policy.
